I began my professional career in commercial real estate valuation (appraisal) at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services (formerly PGP Valuation), and in 2008 became a Certified General Licensed Appraiser. My work experience as an appraiser includes the analysis and valuation of an extensive assortment of property types including general office, retail, industrial/warehouse, apartments, self-storage, and hospitality. After nearly 10 years at Colliers International, I made the move over to the acquisition side of commercial real estate to become the lead financial analyst of acquisitions and investments for LifeStorage. Following the sale of LifeStorage I worked briefly for The CA Department of General Services as a Real Estate Office before I started at Anthem United. Following five years at Anthem United as the financial analyst for land and homebuilding, I joined The True Life Companies as a Senior Property & Development Analyst and am now home at Lennar as a Land Finance Manager. I was born in Moses Lake, WA and attended Almira/Coulee-Hartline High School surrounded by the wheat fields of eastern Washington. I earned my bachelor’s degree in English Literature at Pacific University (OR) with a minor in Coaching. While at Pacific University I was a two-year starter on the men’s basketball team and competed in the NCAA Division III Men’s National Basketball Tournament. After graduation I coached one season as the head JV boys’ basketball coach at Forest Grove High School before moving to California and beginning my career in real estate.
