I have owned and operated Servpro of Hampshire County since August of 1996. Over the years it's been amazing and fun to witness growth of the company, whether it be revenue, personnel, facility or equipment capacity or services offered. We continue to grow, improve and expand the service we provide throughout Western Massachusetts. We have the capacity and assets to perform fire and water damage cleanup and mitigation for both the residential and commercial markets. Our scope of cleaning and remediation service has little limitation when it comes to size. We have recently begun to perform reconstruction services for our clients that require put back once we have deconstucted their property due to damage. This has been a great opportunity for us to provide a complete service to all or our customers. In 2019, I purchased and now manage and operate a commercial property in Belchertown, MA. A parcel of land consisting of 7.8 acres and two commercial buildings. We operate our SERVPRO of Hampshire County office out of the 1870's brick factory building of 14,000 square feet, allowing us to expand our service capacity. The second building is 19,000 square feet and houses 4 businesses. This has been a true professional game changer.Prior to ownership, I worked as a General Manager for another Servpro Franchise for two years. I have over a dozen years experience in restaurant management running operations in excess of 50 employees. Professional goals at this time are to continue to mark growth in my current business while working to make it fully managed and operable.Specialties: I would like to think that our expertise is in customer service as well as technically being able to restore peoples dwellings, homes or businesses to normal following some sort of "disaster". My background has always been in customer service and my main focus is always on that of providing superior customer service at a fair price.
