Designed, built, and supported the largest private B2B integration cloud in the world through a partnership with GXS. Determined and documented the Request for Procurement criteria for vendor selection process. Evaluated and researched technical capabilities of vendor software and services. Standardized and consolidated the legacy Dell B2B and Managed File Transfer platforms. Implemented customer requirements into tailored technical solutions. Modernized Dell’s B2B systems to a cloud-based integration platform as the company switched to outsourced Original Design Manufactures (ODMs), expanded global retail connections, and consolidated the Service Dispatch repair process.Accomplishments:• Deployed the largest private global cloud B2B platform powering 800 Million business transactions per year with 99.99% uptime, supporting 10 external trading communities, 5,000 interfaces, and over 2,500 unique trading partners• Migrated and consolidated widely distributed B2B integrations (3,000 interfaces/1,200+ data maps) into a one single global B2B infrastructure in only 6 months. Performed Technical Project Lead to build the first consolidated global Dell Application-to-Application infrastructure on Windows 2003 Cluster and webMethods Broker. Decommissioned over 100 legacy servers to reduce cost by $300K and increased performance 300%. Implemented the Dell Standard file transfer protocol via SFTP for both internal and external partners, vendors, customers. Designed the B2B messaging queue layer to achieve 100% uptime for all Dell critical Business transactions.

Performed Technical Lead role to build the first highly-available Dell B2B and Managed File Transfer platform from legacy single server processing. Designed and built the infrastructure leveraging Axway SecureTransport, Inovis TLE, webMethods, Windows 2000 clustering, F5 networks, load balancing, and Oracle RAC database. Streamlined the B2B Support process and tools. Trained and built global teams to provide follow the sun support for Dell’s B2B and EDI architectures
