Responsible for clearly establishing the performance levels of Ishida's Snacks Packaging systems and using the data to build cost of ownership models, place a value against USP's and ensure product development gave real value to end users.I was also responsible for writing contractual system performance guarantees for projects up to £1.5M and ensuring that after installation the KPI's were met or exceeded.

Responsible for Key Account Management across EMEA and working as part of the global key account management team selling weighing and packaging machinery to PepsiCo snacks businesses.

Responsible for development of the Snacks Packaging business (multi-head weighers and bagmakers) across EMEA. Working with Ishida Japan on NPD and supporting the sales team directly with customer visits and indirectly through building value-sell propositions.

As the in-house expert on vertical form fill and seal machines I was responsible for supporting all departments including sales, marketing, manufacturing and service. This included developing the existing product range, writing specifications for R&D machines, developing preventative maintenance schedules and resolving repetitive failure issues by analysing and reporting back to designers.

As a member of the applications team I was responsible for tailoring standard vertical form fill and seal machines to meet specific application needs, integrating ancillary equipment and developing areas of the machine to increase performance and reliability.
