Unearth AI is a groundbreaking software business. The Unearth AI platform allows organisations to ingest and integrate all their information regardless of location and type. It allows this to be analysed using powerful AI algorithms and then provides outcomes of this analysis through the Unearth AI Discovery platform to allow patterns to be discovered between information that are otherwise not discover-able. These patterns can then be used to create AIs within the Unearth AI platform that can perform complex decision-making and process automation.

As Microsoft Practice Manager I guided Object's Microsoft business, building partnerships with Microsoft and other related partners. These partnerships delivered joint value across the partnerships, to Object, and most importantly allowed Object to build and deliver fantastic, award winning, solutions to their customers.I worked with the team to set the strategy for the Practice in terms of solutions, markets, partners, tools and skills. This included bringing the strategy to life by managing the building of solutions and driving the partnership with Microsoft and a small selection of other companies. This resulted in significant, sustained growth in revenue for Object.
