I am a Lead Solution Consultant at Elevate HR, Inc., the world's preeminent provider of HCM implementation services and solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365. I have a bachelor's degree in Biology and Statistics from Columbia University, and I have developed strong analytical and data skills throughout my education and work experience.As a Lead Solution Consultant, I am responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the HCM module of Dynamics 365, from requirements gathering and analysis, to configuration and testing, to data migration and integration, to training and support. I work with customers from various industries and geographies, and I partner with 3rd party ISV and payroll providers to ensure successful and timely delivery of ERP solutions. I also leverage my data analytics skills to create Power BI reports and dashboards, and to lead Power BI training sessions for customers and colleagues.
