For over four years, I have been working as a senior software engineer and team lead at Omniware LLC, a company that provides software solutions for laboratories and research institutions. I am responsible for delivering a laboratory information management system for a national lab with 16 locations, as well as managing the customer support, requirements gathering, database administration, and Azure devops. I have implemented backend REST APIs using C#, .NET Core, and Azure SQL Server, and maintained the front end as an Angular application. I have also migrated the custom application to a SaaS model for use with additional labs and tenants, and created standard release cycles according to best practices.In addition to my software engineering role, I am also a master NLP and Time Line Therapy® practitioner, a coach, a trainer, a speaker, and a #1 bestselling author. I founded Kevin Gainey & Co. in 2018, a company that helps people optimize their energy and productivity to reach new levels of high performance.
