I joined COUNTRY Financial in 1986 as an employee representative in Paxton Illinois. This was my first job out of college and shortly figured out that this was a career that allowed me to run my own business, be recognized for my efforts and to be compensated based on the amount of work and effort I was able to put into it. In 1994 I was asked to become the Agency Manager in Tulsa, OK.
