As a consultant, I provide organizations with student learning outcomes assessment planning and implementation, survey design, statistical analyses, intercultural training, as well as team building and program improvement services. My strengths make for expert and engaged Vision-Mission-Goal planning for organizations. I also assist organizations seeking to improve their talent pipelines and recruiting programs, from either the employer side of the process or the campus side.

I have worked with a range of clinical concerns, including: depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, adjustment concerns, relationship concerns, career exploration, life planning and transitions, identity development and expression, character development, existential questions, intercultural and multicultural development, culture shock and re-entry culture shock, cross-cultural transitions, and more.I have also completed the Mental Health Provider Diabetes Education Program, co-sponsored by theAmerican Diabetes Association and the American Psychological Association. I have closed my Rhode Island practice as I now live in Wisconsin.
