Launched contactless plastics, contactless - instore account lookup, contactless – text to apply – instore credit application, and instant provisioning of new accounts to mobile wallets.• Spearheaded EMV conversion project for the portfolio, reissuing 11M cards, beating card association mandated deadline, built infrastructure to accept EMV Chip technology, assisted in preparing 3,000+ client stores to accept chip cards. • Managed deconversion of 11M plus accounts and the Transfer Service Agreement for the Gap Inc card portfolio after sale to Barclaycard.

Led cross-functional, multi-site teams through the development and delivery of large-scale global projects across a diverse portfolio consisting of Global Card Services, SVB Wine, and SVB Investments. • Created physical and virtual UK Card Program, resulting in new Credit and Debit card program coinciding with the launch of SVB UK Bank in London; this included 100+ internal employees and 3 vendors worldwide.• Led a cross-functional team to launch a new Wealth Management Platform for Private Bank in 10 months vs. a 12-month deadline, resulting in $7B in AUM within the first year.

Oversaw strategic planning, development, and execution of Visa Signature Concierge Travel Program, which consolidated 7 separate programs from APAC, EMEA, US, and Latin America to single global program. • Developed PMO practice from ground up to drive project management principles, to improve project implementation time 15% and save $600K over life of the program; served as PMO Committee Chair.

Bling Nation was a mobile payments Fintech startup.Recruited as the company’s 16th employee, owned client relationship and onboarding management, solution implementation, and integration of mobile contactless payment systems. • Launched mobile contactless payment system in 3 separate markets within a strict 6-month timeline, including onboarding 1,000+ merchants and providing payment capabilities for 10,000+ customers
