Kevin is a resourceful and effective, results-driven leader with more than 35 years of successful executive-level experience in initiating projects and programs that increase efficiencies, productivity and cash flow to facilitate growth in company value.Drawing on his significant experience in P&L responsibilities, he exhibits exceptional talent in business plan development and execution and is recognized as a leader and visionary with a proven record of developing, coaching and challenging others to achieve success through accountability and performance improvement.Kevin began his career as a CPA in public practice and his subsequent experience includes CFO leadership responsibilities across a variety of industries including privately-owned businesses engaged in residential construction and development, financial services, behavioral health; and in not-for-profit private higher education.He earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting and his master's degree in Organizational Administration/Leadership from MidAmerica Nazarene University (Olathe, KS). He is a graduate of the Leadership Olathe and Leadership Kansas programs and has been honored by his alma mater with the Alumnus of the Year and Outstanding Alumni awards.Born and raised in New Jersey, Kevin has lived in Olathe, Kansas since 1979 and has been actively engaged in a variety of civic and public service organizations including leadership roles with the 4L Foundation, Olathe Community Prayer Breakfast, College Church of the Nazarene, MidAmerica Nazarene University Foundation, Olathe Santa Fe Trail Rotary Club, Olathe Chamber of Commerce, Olathe Unified School District Board of Education, the Kansas State Board of Education, and currently invests his time as an active board member for several charitable organizations. In 2008 he was named as one of Olathe's 150 Most Notable People by the Olathe News.In October 2020, Kevin was appointed by the Olathe City Council to fill a vacancy in Ward 3 (southeast Olathe) and was elected to an At-Large position in November 2021. He also served as Mayor Pro Tem from 2022-23. Kevin and his wife Julie have been married for forty-two years; have three sons; three amazing daughters-in-law; and seven grandchildren.
