• Managed P & L and all outbound operations of a 300,000 distribution center of dirt bike, ATV and sport bike parts and accessories with annual sales of $60 million.
• As Manager of primarily a web-based business, utilized a single national distribution point from Southaven to complement the national call center in Oregon.
• Hired, trained, and supervised approximately 60 employees.
• Reduced labor costs by 20% over the last year.
• Reduced annual shipping supplies expense by $64K annually.
• Redesigned the packing process which resulted in an annual savings of $50K while maintaining a 99.95% shipping accuracy.

• Managed the Finished Goods Inventory /Replenishment Department and employees for the largest global manufacturer/distributor of digital media.
• Responsible for inventory integrity and replenishment for the Warner Brothers account covering three facilities with over 2 million square feet while utilizing over 65,000 locations with a sku count of nearly 13,000.
• Project management responsibilities covered all aspects of the business relating to product movement as well as ISO-9001 implementation, documentation and compliance.
• Designed a put-away process that resulted in $350K labor/equipment savings annually.
