Programmed 12 different models of headers along with their bolt prints and documented all the steps from scratch needed for an HP-600 CNC Header Press Machine to place the headers on radiator cores and have them correctly aligned with the tubes stacked on the fins for the project.Worked alongside operator and documented the baking time needed for multiple aluminum radiators for them to come out of the oven correctly and not have to redo the whole radiator and waste products and money on this project.Performed multiple time-study projects on all the 10 steps needed to make a radiator and currently processing that data.
