Managed the design and development effort of two proprietary platforms that helped a small regional Insurance Brokerage scale their business model across the United States.We developed a unique approach to identify potential leads and route them to buyers based on multiple demographic metrics such as geography, type of insurance needs, etc. We also developed a custom CRM (www.leadboss.com) to manage leads, schedule follow ups, and integrate with various partners such as Paramedical examiners to optimize conversion of leads to insurance customers.

Was a key contributor to the first generation MSN Shopping platform. The platform hosted 50 million products from thousands of vendors, and supported sub-second response times. This was a very large scale solution that was designed and implemented with many innovations (patents) to support scale, search relevancy, continuous product loading from vendors, and deployment and publishing strategies to provide customer access even during major site upgrades.
