I’m a programme leader with the tenacity and determination to deliver complex IT and organisational solutions. Managing to benefits, objectives, cost, time and quality, I’m a great communicator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Coupled with the experience of leading IT programmes for the Rugby World Cup (2015) and UEFA Champions League Final (2017), I have cross-sector transformative experience ranging from public sector, local authority and NHS clients. Commercial experience includes the leading of programmes for retailers and insurers. It takes a team player to lead and I do so with a passion that focuses the programme team, customer and other stakeholders on our objectives and milestones. Through clear and consistent communication, I ensure that all team members and stakeholders understand their role in the success of the programme. This approach, along with the use of sound project and programme methodologies, means that I am frequently asked to revive, reboot and take on failing programmes where customer confidence has been lost.A technology deployment often brings with it organisational change, or the need to build a new support team from scratch. Recent programmes have built significant managed service structures with robust processes. I have also led programmes requiring the transition of staff between employers via TUPE.My technology experience is cross-vendor and reflects the convergent nature of today’s IT environment – Cisco, HP, Avaya, Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare and EMC have been key vendors in the programmes that I have led.
Listed skills include Wan, Cisco Technologies, Telecommunications, Managed Services, and 32 others.
