(2012-2014)As Chief Executive Officer, I managed the due-diligence process on behalf of the shareholders which led to the sale of the company in 2012 to GLENTEL, a public company in Vancouver BC, Canada. I was retained as Managing Director. In this role, I had profit and loss responsibilities, including Warehouse Operations, Franchise Sales, Carrier Compensation and Commissions, Personnel Management, Ad Agency Management, Retail Stores, and all aspects of corporate G&A. I became Executive Advisor in 2012.

During this period, I grew the company from 190 Operating Franchised Retail Locations to over 400. Launched a company-wide Point of Sale (POS) system, which provided executive management with an entirely new level of information from which to make strategic and operational decisions. Prior to this, decisions hinged on analysis of Verizon provided activation reports. This new granular level of information revolutionized management’s ability to grasp emerging trends and set strategies and tactics to grow the business and optimize profitability. Launched a financial tracking program which ensured that monies due to franchise locations were paid and collected in a timely manner. At the time, franchisees lost revenue due to discrepancies between carrier reporting and Verizon reporting. This automated system increased the income of franchisees with minimal effort on their part.

Developed and brought partners in to launch the BuyCell Wireless Group in 2003. This was a group of independent Verizon agents around the US, that came together as one with purchasing agreements with national distributors. Developed and entered into the company’s first Master Franchise with a Super Bowl Champion Sports Legend, bringing the company into a totally new market, and expanding future growth into diversified markets.
