Within the Protein Production Group (PPG) I have had many responsibilities, which include:-Protein production of monoclonal antibodies and fusion proteins utilizing multiple HEK and CHO cells lines -Cell line optimization-Protein purification (Protein A/C, IMAC, IEX, SEC)-Method writing utilizing AKTA Unicorn software-Secondary purification and polishing -Quality control of in-house made proteins, as well as commercially available proteins (SDS-PAGE, AnSEC, Endotoxin, Western Blotting)-DNA prepAs a member of of the PPG I take on 4-6 constructs/week, as well as my own tech development surrounding cell culture. Able to maintain a fast paced, well organized work atmosphere and to present data in a concise manner.Other responsibilities include maintenance of an electronic lab notebook and assisting in maintaining accurate protein inventory utilizing a LIMS

Peer Health Exchange's mission is to "empower young people with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to make healthy decisions. We do this by training college students to teach a skills-based health curriculum in under-resourced high schools across the country". Held various position within this student lead health organization. Positions have ranged from health educator to co-coordinator for the entire chapter at Northeastern University. At times managed a group of 90 volunteers. Currently a member of the Leadership Council conducting weekly meetings and managing 10 volunteers.

As a member of the Protein Analytics group I assisted in the development of an assay to quantify oxidation of an antibody via reversed phase high pressure liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. After development, I qualified assay using Quality Control's criteria and presented findings to entire Analytics group.

As a member of the OfficeMax team I regularly met and achieved sales goals set by management. Over the 2 years of my employment I was awarded numbers accolades and recognitions. My sales associate position gave me 1-on-1 consultation experience with customers so as to find their best total solution.
