Responsible for building and custom painting of stringed instruments for artists such as: Michael Anthony, Tony Kanal, Billy Sheehan, Glen Hughes, Vivian Campbell, Tina Guo (cello artist) and provide artist support. Responsible for ordering paint supplies, parts/hardware, and ensuring the prompt arrival of all supplies to meet production goals. Participate in the research and development of new products. Oversee and monitor guitar production.

Perform all phases of custom guitar painting including mix custom paint colors, prep guitars for paint, sand and level guitars prior to paint. Also stain flame and quilt guitar tops before they are sealed. Provide ultra violet cure to guitar bodies and necks. Responsible to closely follow owner specifications through entire paint process which is essential to the success of the job. In addition to painting, worked in pickup department doing winding, soldering and assembling pickups

Responsible for building solid body bolt-on guitars and custom painting of guitars for artists like Jermaine Jackson and Tito Jackson. Also responsible for ordering paint supplies, parts/hardware, and ensuring the prompt arrival of all supplies to meet production goals. Participate in the Research and Development of new products, including the recent design, building and painting of a new mini-guitar.Supervise, train and monitor ordering of supplies by employees. Oversee and monitor the monthly production of all guitars to ensure the quota is met and maintained.
