Managed $50 million energy budget for Xerox’s North American locations. Developed, implemented, and managed comprehensive energy management program. • Implemented energy supply strategy to improve energy procurement practices balancing risk management concerns with cost drivers to meet multiple energy supply goals. Delivered $2.5 million in annual savings.• Developed and implemented energy efficiency programs for Xerox locations in the US and Canada resulting in annual savings of $1.5 million.• Evaluated new technologies for consideration for portfolio.• Assessed renewable and alternative energy supply offerings and projects for portfolio wide implementation.

Executed energy efficiency and water conservation program for Xerox’s Webster, NY campus which consists of 55 buildings and 5.5 million square feet of mixed use space. Consistently delivered Webster Campus energy spend at or under budget while meeting environmental targets. Program included:• A 3 year campus retro-commissioning program• Energy audit/reporting process to deliver timely energy feedback to large energy operations. • Campus-wide LED and fluorescent lighting upgrades• Building automation system control strategy optimization and standardization to improve HVAC system efficiencies• Elimination of once-thru water cooling applications• Compressed air system improvementsManaged $8M capital project budget and team of 5 project managers to implement for Real Estate and facility improvement projects for the Xerox’s Webster, NY campus.
