At Gartur Stitch Farm we offer experiences, workshops and retreats that build on our experiences of regenerative farming on a country estate in Port of Menteith where we share A Life in the Making, through farm visits and a series of online and onfarm workshops which include sourdough bread making, fermentation, foraging g and natural dyeing.

Justice and Arts Scotland, formey Scottish Prison Arts Network (SPAN) brings together artists and organisations working in criminal justice settings, with the collective goal of developing quality creative practice in this sector. We support artists and organisations in sharing their knowledge, skills and experience in delivering high quality creative projects in prisons and communities across Scotland. We seek to develop clear and sustainable relationships with wider organisations and individuals involved in the criminal justice system in order to enable greater access to the arts for Offenders and those being released from prison.SPAN will serve as a forum in which artists can discuss ideas, share practice and develop strategy for growth. It will also serve as a central information hub signposting individuals and families affected by the criminal justice system to creative projects and relevant opportunities across the country.

Creating Conversations Limited is a social enterprise launched by participatory arts charity, Artlink Central, to market specialist creative products for the care and dementia sectors. As a social enterprise, all profit generated by Creating Conversations Limited supports the broader charitable work of Artlink Central with groups in the community experiencing physical or mental illness, disability or disadvantage.Artlink Central has worked with older people and those with a diagnosis of dementia for over 20 years, mainly in NHS care settings. In 2014 it was recognised that we could take the expertise we had developed over those twenty-plus years and apply it to developing products that would greatly increase the social impact of our work and would deliver real benefits for users.A core group of Artlink Central staff, artists and dementia advisors have developed our first product, the Gardening activities kit, over the last 2 years. The kit is designed for use by carers and activities coordinators with groups of older people, in care homes, hospital settings or day care groups.

Volunteered as a Board Member for Scotland's Indian Dance Company. Advised and offered strategic support in a number of areas including fundraising, programme development, marketing, management of artists, education, outreach and participation activity.

Led a national arts team across Scotland, supporting disabled people with complex needs to access the arts as participants, audience and artists. Responsible for embedding the arts participation spaces and programme in flagship TouchBase resource centre, delivering unique Threads cultural diversity programme for ethnic minority disabled people in Glasgow in partnership with key BME cultural bodies, expanded arts provision across north-east and into Inverness. Designed and managed HLF funded Leaving New Craigs programme which used the arts to capture the life histories of adults with learning disabilities leaving one of the last long stay hospitals in Scotland, ran pARTners residency programme in north-east of Scotland and developed disabled artist residency in TouchBase with John Shankie.Led business planning and process which secured flexible funding status for Sense Scotland with Creative Scotland (then Scottish Arts Council). Ran very successful Helen Keller International Award exhibitions including one in Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. Other exhibitions in Duff House, Aberdeenshire; the Burrell Collection. Supported disabled artists with complex needs to secure Scottish Arts Council individual artist funding. Took performance programme by deafblind and disabled artists to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Built a very strong profile for the innovative cultural work of Sense Scotland.

Supported Sally Booth, a professional artist with her access support in administration aspects of her freelance work. This included support with finance, correspondence, funding applications, reading and meeting preparation.

Digital Arts Exhibition project at the ICA - part of a curatorial group

Business Manager for Creative Industries development initiative, managing £3million European project operations, including contracts, finance, administration, development and training, supporting Slough based individuals and SME's to develop placements and careers in the creative industries, particularly film, music, theatre and dance companies. Also managed Music 4 Slough, a Younth Music Action Zone, supporting the development and start-up of the intiative.

Supported local voluntary sector and artists to obtain funding for arts related activity, supported and developed an artist network, arts website for Slough's cultural comunity, worked to develop intiatives such as the West Wing arts space, Art at the Centre cultural regeneration initiative and developed and ran training for artists and teachers.

Provided access support to a visually impaired arts manager, and administrative support to three arts officers, developing organisational policies, project management systems and leading on specific arts projects. Supported writing of funding applications, financial accounting and development work, with aim of supporting disabled participants, audiences and artists in accessing arts opportunities across London

Provided a front-line service for Gloucestershire County Council social services via telephone, taking initial referrals for children and adults. Included setting up simple services such as meals on wheels, dealing with a range of information and referral needs, taking child protection information, keeping appropriate and accurate records and maintaining confidentiality.

Provided personal and programme access for disabled children and adults to a wide range of holiday and respite activities, including outdoor opportunities, arts and craft and social and cultural events. Also worked as Nature Specialist, offering an associated activity programme including cave exploration, sensory activity and maintained a barn and nature centre offering a range of opportunities for participants to come into contact with a variety of animals.
