All essential for a successful operation are all part of my job.I am a driven and optimistic student at California State University, Long Beach, where I am presently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration. I have a strong foundation in business subjects including management, finance, and computer information thanks to my study at Santa Monica College. I have coordinated logistics and provided excellent customer service throughout my career, showcasing my ability to manage operations effectively and provide outstanding service.I used to work at Wolfgang Puck Catering as a catering attendant, where I developed my customer service abilities by giving customers an amazing dining experience. My ability to manage several service duties at once and uphold high standards of cleanliness and order has improved as a result of this work.In any situation, I have a strong desire to use my knowledge and abilities to improve customer happiness and operational effectiveness.
