Served as Managing Director for the ground transportation division at a corporate and operational level. Oversaw all airfield and non-airfield operations for the ground transportation department. Assisted the general manager with scheduling for over 200+ drivers, supervisors, and office personnel, helped craft and create budgets for multiple clients, and contracts at multiple airports including LAX and ONT. Total contract values over $100M.

Led a team of 20 drivers, a fleet of 25 shuttle buses, and multiple maintenance and dispatch personnel in the day to day operations for Hotel Shuttling at LAX.Additionally oversaw all airfield busing operations, as well as all street side transportation services for LAX Shuttle (fleet of 50+ buses and 150+ drivers) on a daily basis. Various office responsibilities including scheduling, training, and quality assurance fell under my scope of work, along with addressing customer service issues and maintaining a safe work environment for my team of drivers.
