I have to continuesly add features and fix bugs that are reported by the team.- I put a strong accent on improving the code quality that was terribly lacking when I took over.- I implemented a simple working methodology (there was none before), where the team reports the bug into a backlog and we then pick which one we have to solve.- I was in charge of migrating the server from Cafe24 to AWS (EC2) and to manage the server- I added a big NFT feature to the app, developing smart contracts in Solidity and deploying them to the Klaytn Blockchain. Allowing users from our app to buy and exchange NFTs throught our app using the Klip Wallet which in integrated in the KakaoTalk app (+90% of Koreans using this app for communication).- I started to develop the mobile app from scratch in Flutter in order to reduce the cost of developments. 1 code base being way easier to maintain that 2.
