During my time at Moen I had the opportunity to gain first hand experience to the fast paced world of manufacturing. In my first rotation I assisted in developing and maintaining automated assembly lines. Once I began learning more about the plant's daily operations I sought out an opportunity to work with R&D department, where I was then placed during my second rotation. This allowed me to help develope an innovative manufacturing process for Moen's new premium line of faucets called Fusion.

During my time at Apex Tool Group I had the opportunity to develop an improved method for measuring the accuracy of tape measures. In parallel to this I was able to participate in the design and development of several flagship products for the Lufkin brand.

Was selected from my previous position to assist in coordinating the conferences and guests coming to NC State. My responsibilities included updating and managing client information in the housing database, serving as a co-lead for a team of 24 undergraduate students, and corresponding with transportation, dining, the card office and other campus enterprises.

Selected to serve students, faculty, and the community by representing the University at campus events, and working office hours for the NC State University Housing office. Educated potential students/parents about the University by answering questions and providing campus tours. Was additionally placed in charge of Lee Residence hall and tasked with managing $118,000 of keys as well as the check in and check out of up to 500 incoming students each day.
