Set up and supported a project management office to take over all learning products. Supported the creation of 53 project SOWs leading to a backlog of $1.8m of projects to be delivered.

Projects ranged from creating user guides and eLearning practice skills labs for over 1000 pharmacists to supporting content development for the United Nations Development Programme - Virtual Development Academy.

Designed, developed, and virtually facilitated an offering for undergraduate learners titled New Technology and Communications through the MSU Department of Communications.

Lead team of software developers, content assemblers, and report specialists for AVAYA University telecommunication program in partnership with Accenture. Focused on design analysis, HTML prototypes, remediation configurations, and coordinated global translation project. Created user guides, practice exercises, and assessments that reached 15,000 learners in 51 countries translated in 9 languages.

Part of the product development team who led a user-centered design approach to reimagine then build an authorable course development system serving thousands of faculty members. Additionally, led the exploratory product development with an eight-member cross-functional team that created the eCollege Library product which leveraged asynchronous search and store architecture providing integrated online learning resources. Supported successful company IPO.
