I analyze and troubleshoot computers that College of Business students bring in. I am capable of cleaning viruses off of computers, as well as installing programs onto the computers. I interact with many students on a day to day basis and work hard to complete their computers promptly. This allows me to improve and enhance my customer service skills.

- Facilitated the Sales Audit team which helped save the company over $50,000.- Created processes to manage progress of system hardware installation across 2000 stores.- Assisted with the escalation and communication of CIAO!. The new store system and hardware.- Developed processes to collect and deliver store associate feedback.- Desktop and mobile Point of Sale implementation and replacement.

-Supported and tested the PeopleSoft 9.1 re-implementation and created/managed data used company wide.-Independently managed and supported ALM website (Application Lifecycle Management). -Coordinated and supervised meetings to update the company about new information.
