I am a seasoned engineer/manager that has worked with persons in all ranges of skills and different professional levels. As a manager I thrive in the growth of my team and individual persons. I am able to manage novice through Senior/Lead engineers. I love to see them be more than they thought they could. As a developer, I ensure stability, usability, code reuse, from a clean and manageable code base. Over the years I have worked with many code sources such as Perl, PHP, Javascript. I have worked with many CRM and CMS include but not limited to SalesForce, CloudCraze, Wordpress, Django, and Adobe. As both, a manager and developer, I see the need and benefit of being involved in the code for reviews so that I can get a true sense of the joys and pain points of being in the code base which extends the ability to foresee the future of where applications should go. I enjoy the process, flow, and stability in the SDLC.In my experiences I have a been able to reach across many domains, application, fullstack, DNS, hardware, and many more. I have developed SDLC processes which includes integration, unit, end to end testing through CI/CD pipelines to alleviate friction from release.
