I have a passion for working with people to grow to new levels of personal accomplishment. I'm fanatical about customer service and giving people the opportunity to support causes they believe in. I view everything through a marketing lens. My favorite questions are "Who else should know?"' and "How do we tell the story?".As the Business Development Manager for Willamette Vital Health (formerly Willamette Valley Hospice & Palliative Care), I led the team responsible for developing relationships with referral sources. I also managed the facility, vendor and insurance contracts nearly doubling our payer sources. A crucial element of my role was to follow upcoming healthcare trends and seek out new opportunities for our mid-size, independent, not-for-profit agency. I currently serve as chair of the board of the Oregon Club of the Willamette Valley and as a member of the budget committee for the city of Lincoln City, Oregon. I've held a number of board roles including Chair of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization's marketing and PR committee, President of the Portland chapter of the American Marketing Association, 4 years as a member of the national AMA Professional Chapters Council, and have served on the national AMA Collegiate Council and the organizing committee for the national AMA Nonprofit conference.I led the Business Advocacy Committee for the Beaverton Chamber of Commerce for 7 years and am a past chair of the chamber board. I volunteered as a SMART (Start Making a Reader Today) reader for 12 years and served 3 years on SMART'S Metro Executive Council. Other volunteer roles include 4 years on the Oregon Crusader Drum and Bugle Corps board, 4 years as a member of the Beaverton Education Foundation board including one year as chair, and 3 years on the youth exchange committee for Beaverton Rotary. My wife, Jane Mulholland, and I organize annual mission trips to Mexico and enjoy hiking, kayaking, spending time with grand kids and a variety of musical endeavors.Specialties: Over-the-top customer service, connecting people with their passions
