Kevin Holmes is the General Partner of FN Fund, a seed-stage venture capital firm. Leveraging his extensive experience working with founders in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley ecosystems, he has honed his ability to identify key attributes and patterns of high-performing founders. With the understanding that early-stage investing is primarily about the founder, Holmes's focus on directly supporting founders has positioned him as a recognized authority on early-stage startups.Holmes has more than 20 years of experience supporting startup founders. Prior to his current roles, he served as the Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University. As part of his time there he served as a member of the entrepreneurship faculty and raised a venture fund for the university.Prior to his academic tenure, Holmes served as Chief Operating Officer at AllDorm, an eCommerce and digital marketing startup. In this role, he shepherded the company through the turbulent aftermath of the dotcom era, acquiring valuable experience in strategy formulation and execution, particularly in the early-stage startup environment.
