Passionate about improving economic mobility outcomes in the United States, I currently serve as a Program Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's Economic Mobility and Opportunity team. As a part of a team dedicated to reshaping America's approach to economic mobility, my role involves strategic planning, program development, and partnership building. I work closely with a diverse set of stakeholders - from nonprofits to local policymakers - to create and implement programs that drive systemic change. My key focus areas include local government and economic mobility research, metrics, and data infrastructure.Prior to joining the EMO team, I served as a management consultant working across sectors to improve economic mobility outcomes for the nation’s most vulnerable individuals. Over the course of my career, I have worked with leading philanthropies, local governments, and direct service organizations advancing issues of poverty alleviation, public policy, and economic mobility.
