Hull is president of National Truck Protection (NTP) the leading vehicle service contract provider in the medium-and heavy-duty commercial truck industry and a division of JM&A Group, a company committed to improving automotive dealers’ performance by offering Finance & Insurance (F&I) products and services, dealership training and consulting. In his position, Hull is responsible for directing and overseeing the execution of the organization's strategy and daily operations. Prior to joining JM&A Group, Hull was one of the managing directors of Brillant, an executive search and staffing firm, which was recognized in 2015 as the second Fastest-Growing U.S. Staffing Firms by Staffing Industry Analysts. In his role. Hull spearheaded the launch of two new offices while managing their financial staffing division throughout the country. In 2019, Hull joined JM&A Group as the manager of Dealer Talent Services before he swiftly advanced to director of Sales and Training before assuming his most recent role, director of Strategic Planning. There he guided the senior leadership team and supported the ongoing execution of the company’s long-term strategic plan. Hull graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Ars degree in Finance. He, along with his wife and three children, reside in Parkland, Florida.
