I joined Cameron in the year 2011 for the opportunity to explore a wide range of engineering jobs and also to travel the world. The Decade in Cameron gave me many good opportunities and also I did the usage those opportunities wisely to develop myself. Meanwhile, the travel to Italy and France uplifted me to see the world from a new perspective.Challenges, personal achievements and key skills in my current Job:> In a pandemic situation, maintaining the team and individual goals is challenging. > Though the commitment towards the job made possible achievements of Commination, Integrity, Self Development Activities like Participation at global event Hackathon.> The new area of exploration in recent times I explored in the App development thru Power apps.> The key skill I recognized myself in executing any type of job with minimal input and the effectiveness of the jobs was high when compared to the earlier job executions.> The changes in the job execution style online due to the work from home culture, strives me to attain much additional growth thru the online learning tool methodology.> The gain in knowledge in the multiple product lines strengthens me to gain confidence in job execution.> With minimal supervision, the jobs executed were quality and effective outputs.> The improvisation of independent judgements to the jobs, strengthens more to the team as well as self.> The Flexible attitude, self-motivated with a positive outlook and approach, Communication skills, where my key skills to grow along with Schlumberger.Work/Life balance and lifestyle in my current Job:> I manage my time thru reading books after work hours.> I also write stories, which lead me to publish two books on Amazon Kindle and Notion Press Publishers> I also trade money in the Share market & Mutual Funds, which also gives me a good knowledge of financial investment growths.> I do Cycling whenever time permits.> I do Regular Yoga to lean my Mind and Body to Peace Stable and Calm.> I do like travel a lot, my frequent journey to the nearest hill station is only to savor the tea and the fresh breath.> The Quality of utilizing my time with Work, Family and Friends strengthens me.> I do watch a few police procedural series like, "The Mentalist", "NCIS". The investigation methodology prepares me to write new crime drafts.Achievements:> Conceptual Valve design, vaulted in Cameron for future patent purpose.> Kudos awards rewarded for Design and Development.> History of Corrosion Article publication, at Slb Social group.
