- Deliver audio visual and video conferencing technologies that facilitates collaboration and efficiency across the company - Perform regular health checks and proactive monitoring to ensure AV systems are operating at efficient conditions - Plan, design, deploy, and maintain technologies in accordance with established global standards - Troubleshoot technical issues and drive timely resolution to maintain operational excellence - Develop feedback loop to appropriately adapt AV systems in response to evolving design, business, and operational needs - Capture requirements, design, project manage, deploy, and support video conferencing and AV solutions for conference rooms and specialty environments - Interface with integrators and vendors to ensure alignment of projects. (RFP’s, Project Management, Commissioning, Maintenance, Sign-off) - Partner with other teams to ensure AV solutions align with security and networking standards

- Installing, configuring, and trouble-shooting AV equipment from various manufacturers – Biamp, Shure, Extron, etc.-Load, modify, and trouble-shoot code for AV control equipment (Crestron, Extron, AMX, etc.) and DSP (Biamp, QSC, BSS, ClearOne, Etc).-Consult with clients, travel to job site, and perform diagnostic tests, maintenance, and repair of Audio Video systems.-Define test plans/schedule and establish milestones for each project-Create and maintain document methods and reports-Ensure execution to meet schedule-Work with install and design teams to test systems-Commercial installation of audio, video and lighting systems

-Responsible for performing routine maintenance check of AV gear-Integrate high-quality completion of AV systems engineering and programming -Perform routine maintenance and problem diagnosis for projectors, cameras, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, DSPs, and Displays-Troubleshooting network load and bandwidth issues related to project-Provide daily support coverage for any AV-IT related equipment-Possess sound knowledge of engineering designs, audio visual connectivity and signal flow-Reviewing client feedback and creating additional programming modules as requested to increase functionality of integrated environment
