Responsible for Digital Channel Technology in support of National Bank Expansion and fulfillment of technology objectives across Capital One Cafés and “tech-savvy” customer base. I work closely with business partners and vendors on initiatives that connect technology to customers in Capital One Cafes including “ATM selfies” for free coffee, Mobile Cash App “It’s Raining Money”, and Capital One Mobile Banking.

Responsible for IT strategy and development of North American Internet Banking, Public Website, Call Center, ATM and Teller systems (USA, Canada, Bermuda, Bahamas, Cayman).• Coordinate Global and Regional IT efforts with teams in Vancouver, Chicago, Tampa, NYC, and India. Manage over 50 FTE and 100+ offshore staff. • Implemented the HSBC Group Teller system eliminating an annual vendor charge of $950K.• Completed 500+ Deposit Automation ATM roll-outs in 2H 2010. Costs save of $1.24 per transaction to be realized compared to the teller line.• Responsible for North American system and data migration to a global network switch (22 month effort) providing an annual cost save of $3 million in license/transaction fees.• Ownership of all electric journal data including ETL tools, financial instructions, data analysts and modeling, data warehouse and compliance, and Reg-E systems, data, and support.• Developed strategy to leverage Internet Banking payee list and allow customers full payment functionality across ATM and Mobile channels.

• Managed and developed international financial data consolidation system saving over $1 million per year in operating expenses. Interfaced with and supported large-scale (terabyte) transaction based database.• Managed overall production operations and data consolidation functions for New York, London, and Tokyo. Handled over $10 million dollars per day in transactions.
