Worked with Chinese State Police and external Chinese lawyers to obtain an injunction against further infringement and destruction of all tooling by the Chinese manufacturer on the basis of a Chinese Utility patent.• Identified and successfully litigated in-house against trademark infringements and negotiated favourable out-of-court settlements in each case.• Utilised an ISP take-down programme in conjunction with HMRC customs block to remove product that infringed Company IP
