Senior Advisor To The Commissioner Of The Social Security Administration (Ssa)
Current• Appointed to non-political role as a Senior Advisor to the Commissioner of SSA at $14.2B budget organization which has 57K staff, provides insurance for over 182M, and pays out ~$1.5T yearly to 73M beneficiaries.• Spearheaded development and launch of the SSA Action Plan which laid out the effort to transform SSA through implementing 27 initiatives with over 175 sub-initiatives and 1,400 milestones, and which included a public version that was released to the White House, Congress, the press, advocates, and other stakeholders.• Conduct special projects for the Commissioner including but not limited to creating a report on SSA marketing campaigns and completing analyses benchmarking SSA versus the private sector and other governmental entities; serve as Office of the Commissioner representative on a range of technology change efforts such as health information technology (HIT) and multiple initiatives to enhance the disability claims process through digital transformation including the use of artificial intelligence (AI).• Serve as member of the core team for SecurityStat, the Commissioner’s data-driven performance management program.
