Spur Capital Partners specializes in early-stage technology and life science venture capital fund investments. In my role I was responsible for sourcing and performing due diligence on investment opportunities, monitoring existing portfolio investments, serving on the investment committee, and investor relations.

As the Director of Angel Investments, I managed SeedStep Angels and the Oklahoma Angel Fund I. SeedStep Angels is a network of SEC-accredited high net-worth individuals and organizations that invest in early stage companies. I also served on the investment team for the Oklahoma Angel Fund I, a private investment fund that invested in seed/growth stage companies. As a Venture Advisor, I worked with early stage companies to analyze market opportunities, develop business strategies, hone in on competitive advantages, prepare investor presentations, model financial projections, and structure capital raises.

Participated on safety and soundness examinations of community and regional banking organizations. I evaluated banking organizations' financial condition, operational and lending functions, and risk management practices. On various examinations I was the Asset Manager where I oversaw a team of loan reviewers who assessed the asset and credit quality of banking institutions’ loan and investment portfolio.

As an Investment Advisor with Morgan Stanley I worked with high net-worth clients to construct investment portfolios comprised of US and International equities and fixed income holdings. I used a variety of different options strategies to generate incremental revenue and mitigate downside risk.
