I worked in a central team of ten analysts that helps the BBC to measure, test and improve its digital media, and to learn more about its audiences.I helped to manage and lead the team, and to deliver a variety of projects from insight pieces to implementation design, and training.I was a key author and sub-project manager of a £9m digital analytics public procurement; and I’ve been an assessor in two other major public procurements. I’m experienced with qualifying prospective suppliers, drafting Invitation to Tender documents, and assessing tenders.I was a key manager of the contract to supply the BBC’s core digital analytics platform. I’m experienced with managing the delivery of technology contracts according to specification, and with the enforcement of contracted service levels.I helped to lead a big organisation through change, and to plan and deliver the internal communications that change demands. I have helped lead the BBC (thousands of users and stakeholders) through the implementation of new analytics reporting structures and processes.
