Kevin is a utility professional with a B.A. Economics, accounting training and thirty years of experience in electric and gas utility matters. Kevin’s involvement in Alberta’s dynamic utility industry has spanned periods of integrated utility regulation, industry restructuring, policy setting, legislation drafting and implementation to the unbundled utility regulation of today. Managing people and processes to plan, analyze and implement through this period of change has provided him with an extensive skill set.
