- Managed the cabinet harvest of LTE cabinets from MetroPCS sites in various markets nationwide- Managing & tracking the permitting of the MetroPCS Decommissioning project nationwide

- Took over responsibility for the NYC/NNJ market when it was performing worst in class in every metric within the region. Within 4 months, the market was carrying the region until the budget cuts- Ran Site Acquisition for 476 new site builds & 12 small cell polygons- Ran Property Management for the existing cell sites in the market

Sr. Project Manager- Helped to develop the Project Management Office and Quality Management System- Won a Distinguished Service Award in October 2008 for securing the AT&T Turf contract- Successfully managed two last minute license save projects. Both were turn-key and were completed in 1/3 the normal time___REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS___AT&T Tower Lighting- Successfully won, managed and completed this $7m project ahead of schedule and under budget changing strobe tower lights to LED’s nationwide. AT&T Wi-Fi/DAS- Site acquisition, A&E, permitting and zoning of 22 sites as a 3G off load for the Super Bowl in Indianapolis, including the head end room for the AT&T at the stadium & airport.Digital Bridge License Save- This project consisted of the site acquisition, zoning, permitting, construction management and construction of 14 cellular sites nationwide. United Illuminating Company- This project consisted of upgrading the power company’s low band two-way radio system, six repeater sites, five receive site and 175 vehicle installs. Performed site surveys and field assessments of existing equipment and facilities.Cricket Communications, BaWa- This project consisted of the A&E for 96 tower, rooftop and water tank new cell sites in Northern Virginia. Horizon WiComm- This was the first Wi-Max deployment in the U.S. It consisted of turn-key services for nine sites in eight markets in the Northeast. MetroPCS NYC Landmark SitesThis project consisted of the site acquisition, A&E, permitting and construction management of cellular sites in New York City. It involved 52 Manhattan sites in historic districts causing an increased level of difficulty in acquisition, permitting and the required approval from the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission. Nokia Boston - Completed 498 sites in 14 weeks. Switched AT&T sites from Erickson radio equipment to Nokia to make these sites part of the new Cingular network.

Participated in all aspects of the firm’s consulting services for the build out activities of wireless carriers in the metropolitan New York City area. Managed site acquisition activities for the firm’s consulting services for General Dynamics/ Nextel. Managed A&E, permitting, environmental and other subcontractors. Worked with development of NYC landmark sites including design and permitting for Nextel, General Dynamics and Bechtel Cingular projects. Conducted site candidate property research, analysis and mapping. Conducted FAA airspace studies and FAA filings. Directed and coordinated the design and construction of over 50 Sirius Satellite Radio repeater stations Nationwide. Utilized ACAD to develop Construction Drawings and Lease Exhibits. Managed the development of new and existing cell tower sites.

Built Aerial Tramways at ski areas around the world.US Projects - Killington VT, Powder Ridge CT, Gore Mtn NY, White Face Mtn NY, Squaw Valley USA & Crystal Mtn WA, to name a few.International Projects - Rain Forest Trams, 2 in Costa Rica and 1 on the Island of Domincia. The Rain Forest Trams were built for cruise ship passenger tours of the rain forest. Built a quad and a triple at Coronet Peak Ski area in Queenstown, New Zealand.

In the winter, I ran the graveyard shift for the grooming department. In the summer, I was in charge of various construction projects that ranged from underground utilities to aerial lifts.
