- Assess incoming music releases for quality, metadata curation, cover art and intellectual property rights, ensure content complies with all published policies, procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements.- Day to day operations in the music distribution lifecycle.- Knowledge of music and the culture around it, combined with a strong background in technical content management.- Perform a quality program analysis, driving consistency and continuous improvement across workflows/processes.

- Responsible for welcoming visitors to the property, engaging with them and ensuring that they have everything they need in order to have a memorable day.- Work with the team in order to exceed targets; sell membership, raffle tickets and entry tickets. Guide visitors through trails and seasonal special events.- The Visitor Experience Score and Membership Target for the team have been exceeded every year since I joined the property in 2018.

- Central connection for all file-based media which comes into the building; for broadcast, mobile and web.- Ensure all media and metadata is quality checked, handled in a secure manner and content is delivered seamlessly across a variety of devices to service level agreements.- Asset and advanced file management, content re-purposing, creation and manipulation of metadata (XML), multiple format output and distribution.- Good knowledge of video and audio codecs.
