- Central connection for all file-based media which comes into the building; for broadcast, mobile and web.- Ensure all media and metadata is quality checked, handled in a secure manner and content is delivered seamlessly across a variety of devices to service level agreements.- Asset and advanced file management, content re-purposing, creation and manipulation of metadata (XML), multiple format output and distribution.- Good knowledge of video and audio codecs. Live video and radio streaming, and video on demand.- Customised workflow creation, FTP file and hot folder management.- Coordinate on a technical and non-technical level with clients, suppliers and production partners in order to achieve client goals.- Plan complex projects to ensure best practice, technical requirements, potential scalability, deadlines and budget constraints of the client are all considered.- Management and support of events in a high pressure environment, with pre-project, live and post-project deliverables.- Server configuration, management and network maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and back-up planning.- User support, creating user guides and staff training/development. Keep on top of industry knowledge; recommend and migrate service improvements where applicable.- Global client distribution including Apple, BBC, Sky, European Tour Golf, FAPL, Wimbledon, UEFA, Betfair, Premier League, Three and Vodafone.
