Current• Direct the day-to-day operations of the company.• Lead a team of 10 individuals overseeing numerous departments including Customer Service, Technical Support, Operations, Production, Web/Ecommerce, and Software Development.• Oversee daily customer inquiries with team members as needed to maintain the highest quality customer satisfaction and experience. • Work closely with company resellers and partners from SMB to large corporate enterprises by overseeing onboarding, training… Show more • Direct the day-to-day operations of the company.• Lead a team of 10 individuals overseeing numerous departments including Customer Service, Technical Support, Operations, Production, Web/Ecommerce, and Software Development.• Oversee daily customer inquiries with team members as needed to maintain the highest quality customer satisfaction and experience. • Work closely with company resellers and partners from SMB to large corporate enterprises by overseeing onboarding, training, system setup and integration. • Responsible for all 3rd party vendor relationship management from procurement, pricing negotiation to system implementation and customer usage. • Play a key role in the employee hiring process and contractor sourcing by reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires. • Develop new business models and strategic growth opportunities to drive new revenue and growth.• Assist with contract negotiations by reviewing and amending legal agreements and advocating for terms beneficial to the company. • Report directly to company ownership on aspects of daily operations.
