I Assisted the Informatics department in querying data and responding to clients' requests for information. During my employment, I also worked to consolidate and reconcile information from Highmark information systems into the IBC data warehouse in accordance with a retrofit project where information from multiple sources are brought together under one database warehouse system. Doing so involved working under strict deadlines with multiple teams within IBC. I worked with the project managers on the team, development teams, and quality assurance teams to work on standardizing the new client information request infrastructure. Addionally, I picked up ad-hoc tasks with a diverse group of people to ready federally mandated reports surrounding the Affordable Care Act of 2010.
