- Responsible for the FairPoint Brand: strategy, governance, management, employee engagement, education, research and metrics.- Continued development and governance of a new visual identity system currently being rolled out across all FairPoint touchpoints.- Responsible for the creative direction, strategy and production of all communications generated in-house and by supporting agency partners.

- Manage the integrity and consistency of TD’s core corporate identity across all TD touch points ensuring a consistent representation of the global brand is honored while being sensitive to identity extensions present in our family of operating businesses.- Art direction and management of in-house creative services team and agency partners - Design and conceptual development of corporate collateral systems, advertising, merchandising, sponsorship support, retail incentive programs, ATM graphics, credit card plastics, internal communication publications, direct mail, etc.- Brand educator for the organization supporting the TD family with the development of tools, materials and vocabulary empowering employees to live and communicate the brand successfully, both customer facing and back office.- Work with TD business lines and extended TD family to support them with brand creative strategy and creative execution supportive of brand positioning and business objectives.
