I lead a team of 10+ advisors that translates between technical, economic, financial, and commercial factors to advise clients on key decisions that support sustainable infrastructure planning, investment and delivery. Our Advisory Services team supports decision-makers and sponsors on the journey from optioneering to concept development, market sounding to business case, delivery strategy to investment decision, through to implementation.My experience sits at the intersection of economics, planning, engineering, and transportation to advise on major capital project planning and development, including: • Development of business cases for transport projects to articulate the strategic rationale, cost-benefit analysis, financial affordability, and commercial delivery models;• Decision-making and evaluation frameworks to articulate the trade-offs between options considering client objectives, sustainability, economic, social, and environmental impacts; • Demand and revenue analysis for train operation concessions; and• Technical due diligence to advise lenders or investors for transport and energy asset transactions.
