Responsible for creating reports based on the needs of clients and colleagues by performing data extraction, standard and ad-hoc reports and analysis. This enabled us to no long ship short and able to keep a safety stock to keep up with customers increasing demand. By using a Heijunka Board, we were able to add visability to our scope production line, allowing our production managers to see which assemblies were either more important or able to complete by showing accurate inventory levels.Changed our reject return process by creating weekly checks of items to move them back to the suppliers quicker. This was coupled with corrective actions which triggered a decrease in overall rejects, and got more parts in the door quicker, because we were no long stock piling part.
