Integrated various groups' work plans across the Sprint Unified Billing project aimed at moving all of Sprint and Nextel's 25 million + customers onto a single billing platform. Oversaw communication and reporting for project-wide issue resolution, cutting time from first report to final resolution nearly in half. Managed deliverables for the Project Management Office of the Sprint-Nextel UBP
