I was brought into the project as a Construction Engineer to support mechanical construction activities.. In this role, I was the lead engineer for all static vessel internal equipment . I also collaborated cross-functionally to construct and install various packaged equipment. I led the end-to-end process, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting of mechanical construction activities.I was promoted to Commissioning and Start-up Engineer to verify mechanical completions and to establish normal operations for equipment and process systems for the project in SIMOPS with ongoing construction of the plantI developed work method statements for construction activities, as well as commissioning and start-up procedures. Additionally, I approved commissioning Permits to Work (PTW), and approved Lock-Out Tag Out (LOTO) certificates.SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:✔ Led the commissioning and start-up of OSBL systems, including instrument and utility air, utility and potable water, amine, oil, refrigerant, LPG storage and transfer, and thermal oxidizers.✔ Executed chemical clean activities for the plant’s amine units and oversaw final commissioning and placement into service.✔ Supported the plant start-up from introduction of feed gas into the plant through LNG production for 3 trains.
