Hello, and welcome to my LinkedIn profile! I am a versatile and passionate flow cytometry scientist who has worked with leading CROs, such as Crux Biolabs. My work mainly involves performing a range of flow cytometry assays that support early-phase trials. With a strong translational mindset, I enjoy working in haematology, immunology, and molecular genetics. In particular, I am interested in cell therapy and precision medicine as they have brought tremendous hope and benefits to patients in recent years. My journey in the exciting field of biomedical science began in high school when I read about the inspiring story of the late Dr Jian Zhou, a Chinese Australian who co-invented the HPV vaccine that prevents cervical cancer. This led me to pursue a Bachelor of Laboratory Medicine (Honours) degree at the University of South Australia, where I graduated as one of the top students and received numerous awards, including a University Medal and Chancellor’s Letter of Commendation for four consecutive years.As an aspiring scientist, I am eager to bring my diverse skillset to make a difference in patient care and to strive for excellence.
