I have also developed and implemented customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, enhancing the communication and feedback with the users and stakeholders. I am passionate about creating and playing games, and I always seek for opportunities to learn and grow in the game industry. I have multiple skills in CRM, operations management, and coordination, which enable me to deliver high-quality and user-centric products.
